To provide the best comfort to its guests, the developers of the Golden Palm Tree Water Villas (GPT), Sepang Gold Coast Sdn Bhd, uses material that best suit its environment such as the alang-alang roofs and to treat the glass areas in each villa with KristalBond.

Besides giving 99% ultraviolet protection from the sun, KristalBond blocks 90% of infrared ray to keep its interior cooler as well. Guest can enjoy a more comfortable stay with a cooler environment and minus the hazardous rays. They are able to appreciate the luscious sea view which surrounds their villa as KristalBond maintains the glass clarity with a visible light transmission that’s almost unchanged.

Yoshinari Kato, KristalBond’s General Manager, explains that being located out in the sea exposes the villas to a different weathering system where it can be quite harsh. KristalBond is well known for its durability as it has strong binding properties and glass-like characteristics which suits GPT’s requirement.

With a long lifespan, KristalBond comes with a warranty of 10-years. A Japanese invention, KristalBond is made of a combination of organic and inorganic substance, and through its binder technology, it has outstanding durability as a retrofitted solar control product.
