KristalBond, a solar control glass coating, reduces the transmission of solar rays such as ultraviolet and infrared as much as 99% and 90% respectively whilst retaining a high amount of visible light for daylight harvesting.

“By reducing the amount of heat from entering a window, a building’s temperature can be stabilized and even reduced by 3 to 10 °C. With such a 2 -3 C reduction, you are able to save up to 20% on your electrical consumption annually” explained Kato.

A Japanese product, KristalBond is the green solution to solar control for fenestrations. With its high performance, long lifespan and environmental attributes, KristalBond is an affordable investment for today’s urban living.
